Owner/Appraiser, William M (Bill) Hardy, has been in the real estate appraisal profession since 1992, when Bill joined a real estate appraisal firm in Selma, AL as a Trainee Appraiser.

In 1994, Bill successfully met all of the requirements set forth by the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board and was designated as a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser (License# R00128).

For 2.5 years in the late 90’s, Bill was the Chief Appraiser for the Dallas County, AL Tax Assessors Office. While working for Dallas County, Bill was responsible for appraising and evaluating residential, commercial, and agricultural property in a county with 27,000+- parcels of real property for ad valorem purposes.

Bill has been working as an independent fee appraiser, doing business as, Hardy Appraisal Service, since 1999.
