William M. (Bill) Hardy is a native of Dallas County, AL. Bill graduated from John T. Morgan Academy in Selma, AL in 1986 and then graduated from Auburn University in 1991 with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics.
Bill entered the appraisal profession as a Traineee Appaiser 1992. In July of 1994, Bill successfully met the requirements set forth by the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board to be designated a Alabama Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser.
Bill was the Chief Appraiser for the Dallas County Tax Assessors Office from 1997 throuth 1999. In 1999, Bill left the mass appraisal profession and became a independent fee appraiser by starting Hardy Appraisal Service.
